The Conference

Three Days of Powerful Insights
08 -10 September
2024

Computational Logistics involves using computations and advanced decision support systems to plan and implement large and complex logistics tasks. This is applied in various areas including the flow and storage of goods and services, as well as related information, from their source to their destinations. Typically, optimization models and algorithms are developed, verified, and applied for planning and executing complex logistics tasks; for example, finding the most efficient schedule for the transport of passengers or goods. Advanced computer technology is integrated with these models and algorithms to achieve satisfactory results in an appropriate time frame, even for large-scale problem instances. Additionally, interactivity, visualization, and other tools are used to better understand and solve problems. Computational Logistics also involves the use of information systems, modern communication, and information technology (IT) for designing, planning, and controlling logistics networks and complex tasks within them. Our conference series, with its 15-year-long history, tackles this complex field from different angles and in various areas.

Attendees at ICCL 2024 will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, share best practices, and learn through presentations, workshops, and panel discussions. The conference could serve as a platform to acquire high-value human talent.
